Steve Lapere
Steve is the clubs Foundation Phase Lead Coach for the 5-11year olds, and is responsible for the LTPD of such age groups. He’s also the lead coach for the recently launched Development Centres (Mini Shots), where players from the ages of 5-8 will take part in FUNdamental sessions aimed at having fun, letting them express themselves in a positive learning environment whilst building the love for the game. This in turn will form an essential link between the grass roots clubs in the area and is hoped to build on these relationships for the future of the club. Steve is also working more closely with the U9-U11s age groups of both the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and the Elite (APC) set ups, and as such coaches the U10s CoE as there Head Coach.
Steve is dedicated to developing, enhancing and improving players across these age ranges and is looking forward to the challenges ahead of him.
Michael has been coaching at Sandhurst Town FC Youth under 18s for the last four seasons and has over three years experience coaching 3-5 year olds in Bracknell, covering the fundamental aspects of the game and basic skills. Michael has also had a spell working for Chelsea FC.
A UEFA B Licenced coach Michael has completed up to Youth Award module 2, and plans to attend the FA coaching disabled footballers later in 2011.
Kevin, a one time Youth Trainee at Aldershot, started coaching at the Elite Centre in it’s first season. Last season he supported the U8 age group and will again work with this age group in 2011/12.
Kevin has experience at coaching in the Basingstoke area where he continues to support and coach a local grass roots team. He is very passionate about coaching youth football and enjoys working with the younger age groups, a very important age to start players on their way installing good habits and technique.

Nick holds a UEFA B Licence and in the process of completing the final module of the new FA Youth Award. Previously involved with Hampshire FA Girls Centre of Excellence for two seasons, working with both the U14s and U16s age groups before moving to Portsmouth FC.
At Portsmouth Nick spent a season working with the U11s before moving to Australia coaching football. Since arriving back in England Nick has spent almost a year with Aldershot Town Centre of Excellence, finishing off last seasons U9s squad before starting this current season with the new U9s players

Ben has played at district level and has been coaching at grass route level for a number of seasons. As an FA level 1 Licensed Coach he has been working with a team in Kingswood and joins Aldershot for the 2011/12 Season.
Stephen has spent the last two years as a Club Trainer for Challenger Sports in the USA. As head coach for U9 through to U14 boys and girls teams he was responsible for taken these start up squads through to competing in select level leagues and tournaments.
Stephen has completed a sport and exercise science degree, the FA Youth Award Level two and is a qualified referee, He is currently working towards his UEFA B hoping to complete it early 2012.
Charlie started coaching youth football in 2003. He achieved the UEFA B license award earlier this year. In addition he has successfully completed the FA level 1 Goalkeeping certificate and Level 1 Age Appropriate Module. In addition he holds an ILM executive Coaching and Mentoring qualification which assists with the psychological aspect of the game.
As well as working at the Elite Centre with the U10’s he part of the Army U23’s coaching team and works with a Cheshire based U14’s team. He is also active member of the Army FA coaches association.
Derren has been coaching Youth football for 4 seasons follow a 15 year senior playing career. He has achieved his Level 2 Youth award and is currently working towards his FA Level 2 in Coaching Football.
Derren is an enthusiastic coach and looking forward to working with and developing the players in the U11 squad over the forthcoming season.
