Elite Under Twelve Coaching Staff
Chris joined the Aldershot Elite Centre in it's first season where he had great success leading the under 14's and seeing many of them stay for this season as well as a some progressing to the COE.
Chris is a young exciting coach who has the right philosophies to gain the most out of his players while learning to play football in the correct manor. After gaining the UEFA B qualification Chris spent the summer coaching in California America returning to Aldershot Elite in November.

Sam started coaching in 2009 when he set up a Saturday morning U6 centre in Farnborough, and developed the players into an U7 team for the following season.
Sam also coaches the NEHYL U12 District Representative side, and co-runs Frimley Athletic U12's. Sam is currently a level 2 coach, and a Module 2 Youth coach, and currently working towards the Level 2 Goalkeeper coach award. Sam is also qualified in Sport Science, Sports Nutrition, Sports Leadership and Sports Injury.
As a qualified language teacher, Austin has been working and developing young children and talented footballers for the last eight years. Having worked previously for the FA, Austin recently joined Aldershot Town FC in July 2011, upon competition of his A-Licence after spending a successful 7 years as an Academy Coach and Manager at Portsmouth FC .
He has lived and worked within the football industry in Germany, Holland and Austria and will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge of both football and child development through his extensive list of teaching and football coaching qualifications.
Austin currently works on a full-time basis in football coach education, teaching and assisting with the delivery of NVQ's and BTEC's in Sport and FA Level 1 Coaching Courses at a variety of sixth form colleges and schools across the south of England.
He is excited about the future of Aldershot Town FC Centre of Excellence and is very much looking forward to working with all players over the forthcoming season.

Ben works as the FA's Regional Coach Development Manager for the East of England. Previous roles include Director of Development Centre Programme at Colchester United; where between 2002 and 2005 44% of players in Centre of Excellence came through their Development Centres. He has also held significant positions at Chelsea including General Manager of Chelsea Ladies FC working with 15 International Players at both Youth/Senior level, Director of Female Centre of Excellence and Coach Education Manager.
As an A Licence Coach Ben currently spends much of his time delivering the Youth Module Training and is looking forward to working with the players at the Elite Centre.
Stewart has been working in grass roots football for over twenty years and youth football since 2008. Last season he was coaching at a local Basingstoke club at both U8 and U10 age groups. Currently FA level 2 qualified with plans to start the UEFA B course in 2012.
Stewart is looking forward to the challenge of developing the U14 squad at the Elite centre for the 2011/12 Season.
Lee has played at U18 level for Woking and Farnborough Town before playing for several Combined Counties and Wessex League sides.
He is keen to develop into coaching having completed compled his FA level 1 award in 2011.

Dominic Calvert
Dominic started coaching youth football in 2003 and joined Aldershot in 2008. Having completed the FA level 1 qualification attended the level 2 in 2005. He has also completed the FA Youth Module one and two.
He is an active member of the coaches association and regularly attend courses at Fulham and FA run events.
Dominic also holds the FA level one badge in disability football for special needs and run sessions on a regular basis playing AFC Bournemouth and Southampton FC.

Dave is currently the County Development Manager of the Army FA, a member of Hants FAs governing council and the former Chairman of Army U23 Football. Currently studying a Foundation Degree in Sports Coaching and his focus is on mental skills performance coaching and Goalkeeping and particularly enjoys the challenge of adapting sessions to cater for the appropriate psychological development of young players and their imagination. He is a Certified NLP Sports Practitioner and holds the FA Level 4 Psychology for football qualification.
In outfield coaching Dave is a Licensed FA Level 1 Coach and a completed his, Level 1 Youth Module, Level 1 Goalkeeping and will complete the FA level 2 award this year. He is also attending his Youth Module 2 in October, Futsal in November and his Goalkeeping Level 2 in the New Year.
Danny joined Aldershot Football Club in 2007 as defensive coach with the U12s. Last year this U14 saw 11 players signed into the Centre of Excellence. He is qualified in match analysis, psychology in football and is currently planning to participate in his B License.
Danny now heads up player recruitment at the club and oversees the arrangement of fixtures with Fixtures Secretary, he also forms part of the committee working direct with The Head of Youth and the Directors at the club.
Club Secretary
Steve joined Aldershot Town in 2009, having previously coached at two clubs in the Bristol area. He completed his FA Level 2 in 2005 and is currently working towards his UEFA B Licence.
Steve is now the Secretary of the Club dealing with the day to day running the organisation.
