Aldershot Town FC's Elite Centre are part of the Youth setup. Our aim is to provide quality facilities and coaching to payers from U7 through to U15 in order to progress them into the club's Centre of Excellence.

Coaching Vacancies

We currently are starting to plan for the 2011/12 Season and have a number of coaching vacancies across the age groups

Aldershot Town Elite Centre is looking for coaches that would like the opportunity to work with some of the best players in the area.

You will be at least FA level one qualified with firm plans to complete additional coaching courses in the future. As a coach you will have an understanding of the Future Game Philosophy and a desire to improve players and yourself. The club has a real focus on development and that includes its coaching staff.

Players in the Elite Centre work from the same technical framework as the Centre of Excellence, training twice a week and competing in a development-led games programme against other professional and semi-professional clubs.

As a coach you will get the opportunity to coach on excellent facilities with great players and will be given expenses and up to £250 towards your coach education.
